Life and its red alerts!
Everyone goes through one moment in time ,when “the planned and unplanned”just bubble up and serve us a feast.
I have had my fair share of a roller coaster ride ,trust me,they weren’t pleasant and I dare to boldly say that it is until,we have gone to be with our creator that we are free! from life’s surprises.
But you know what?
JUST RELAX!!
Yes relax!..
You may want to ask ,how do I relax in all of these...?
The best time to relax is when you just don’t phantom rest as an option.Lay away all of the weights and take a moment to relax .
PAUSE AND REPLAY.
OR SWITCH OFF,ON AND REBOOT!
We don’t have time ,we make time.
